Shipping

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED...

Processing times vary depending on what piece you ordered. Please see that listing for processing time or send me a message!

If you ordered a "made to order piece" that means once your order is placed I can begin to re-create that piece for you!

I ship USPS Priority Mail 2/3 day shipping.

TRACKING 
I provide a tracking number with each shipment. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Disclaimer Lost/Broken package
I am not responsible for any lost/stolen or broken packages.
Once your order is shipped it is out of my control. If a package does not get delivered please contact me right away. I will then need to file an insurance claim.
If your package is broken upon arrive please contact me right away with photos of damages. KEEP your original shipping material so an insurance claim can be filed. 
If worried about theft of a package please contact me before order is place and we can set up for signature at delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please  email me theriverhazeshop@gmail.com and I can give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.
Please note buyer is responsible for their countries VAT or customs charge on any purchases. Up grade shipping/insurance can be purchased please message me first.
 

How can I order a custom piece?

Most work is commissioned/custom work. Commissioned/custom work is priced individually based on the size and style of the piece. Dimensions can be customized measurements. To discuss a custom piece, please email theriverhazeshop@gmail.com

Care instructions

Your weaving may of had a long journey to get to its new home. A quick run through with your fingers should help it looks its best! Please do not pull on any fringe it may ruin the intended design of the piece.

The wool roving/ fluffy clouds are very delicate and can be snagged. Keep away from small children, cats and jewelry.

How do I clean the wall hanging?

 Remove the piece from the wall and while outdoors, sway from side to side to allow any dust particles to fall. Any dust that has gathered on the stick may be brushed away with your hand. Do not use a damp cloth or cleaning products.

 

RETURN + EXCHANGE 

Unfortunately no refunds/returns at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me WITHIN THREE DAYS OF ITEMS DELIVERY and we will find a solution.

Customized orders are non-refundable as they were customized and made specifically for you.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

As all of my items are handmade, each one may slightly vary to the next. Please look at all pictures closely, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the pieces. Send me a message if you have ANY questions before you purchase. I will be glad to answer any questions!

If upon receiving the order you are unhappy, let me know ASAP and I will do my best to right the situation*
CANCELLATIONS
If you do decide to cancel your order completely, please notifiy me within 24 hrs of placing your order and I will refund you in full in the next 3 to 5 business days.
